Our focus is to help get you stronger, fitter and help reduce injuries through balanced training, proper programming and coach led sessions.
This program is designed for tennis players of all abilities. It is also suitable for anyone interested in focused, coach led training which preps trunk rotation for other sports like golf or softball.
Limit: 1 class per Week
